Brookdale Carriage Club Providence is a rental CCRC offering four levels of care on one campus: independent living, assisted living, Alzheimer's and dementia care, and skilled nursing and rehabilitation. As a rental community, residents pay a monthly fee plus care fees — no large entrance fee. Walking paths, outdoor recreation, restaurant-style dining, a swimming pool, and a full social calendar round out an active lifestyle. Residents can stay on the same campus as their needs change without having to move.
